A dedication to Andy who passed away in 2025. This was our debut coffee. Andy was living the dream as an expat in Mexico City and took roaster Mike under his wing. He shared his passion for coffee and dogs through his brand Amigo. We got matching tattoos my first night in Mexico and we made this coffee together with both of our tattoos on our arms as we held our first batch. Hence we named it All Hands! Enjoy!
